I tried to file for a 1st time passport. After more than an hour an endless errors with trying to upload a photo (including a formal passport photo I took at Costco) I gave up. When I called to have Gov+ issue a refund they left me on hold for a VERY long time. Clearly on purpose. So I hung up and disputed the charges to my credit card.
